Job Description:
Pay Range: $60/hr-$75/hr

Must Have:
6+ years in project/program management with a background in
construction (civil, structural, architectural) for R&D
labs/facilities.
Lab Building experience ( R&D labs preferred, transferrable
builds would be chamber build out, data center build out, etc.
)
Previous projects (anywhere between .5 - 1 million $)
MEP Background (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
PA (Project administrator) experience
CSA experience (Civil, structural, architectural)
experience using project management tools ( MS Project, Jira,
Smartsheet)
experience using budget management tools
Strong organizational documentational skills
NiceToHave:
PMP certification
