Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced UiPath Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UiPath development and architecture, a strong understanding of process automation, and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade RPA solutions. This is a long-term opportunity based in Sacramento, CA, with a preference for local candidates.

Qualifications:

10+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of experience in architecting complex technical solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable UiPath RPA solutions.
Strong background in creating and managing reusable components and automation libraries.
Expertise in performance tuning and workflow optimization within UiPath.
Skilled in integrating UiPath with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
Solid understanding of process analysis and design for automation initiatives.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and other version control systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
In-depth knowledge of security and compliance in RPA environments.
Proven ability to lead and mentor RPA teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile tools for project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates local to Sacramento, CA.
UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer, Solution Architect, etc.).
Prior experience in the Child Welfare domain.
