Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to plan, conduct, and
coordinate software systems analysis, design, and
implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor system performance, identify root causes for issues, and
recommend solutions
Coordinate proposed changes with the MaaS provider and manage
system outages
Develop operational standards and provide technical assistance to
developers and operations personnel
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience in an MVS or z/OS IBM mainframe
environment
Two or more years supporting System Programmers and
Administrators
In-depth experience with mainframe technologies, including z/OS,
Cobol, and CICS
Demonstrated experience in Storage technologies and
administration
Working knowledge of OMVS and its components
