The role of an Associate Business Analyst on the Business Models and Pricing Team is to work with the business analysts contributing to Strategic Programs and Offerings by aligning our requirements with program objectives, driving business model changes, and ensuring quality delivery to production. You will collaborate with teams to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives and support more experienced business analysts in the delivery of tasks/activities. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Business Analyst.Location will be Portland or San Francisco.Responsibilities

• Contributing throughout the project lifecycle: You will contribute to the project starting from requirements gathering through to UAT. Collaborating with team members, business analysts, business architects and product managers, you will lead the delivery of test plans and test scripts, aligning on overall testing approach to ensure we can bring requirements into UAT.
• Analyzing business problems: You will help to identify and understand business problems. This will involve gathering data and conducting research.
• Promote understanding: You will help align requirements with program objectives. This includes understanding the needs of multiple partners, facilitating discussions, documenting requirements, use cases and process flows.
• Being a liaison: You will help communication between partners, product managers and engineering development teams. You will facilitate communication, ensuring that partner needs are understood and translated into actionable project requirements.Minimum Qualifications
  
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 Years of related professional experience.
• Functional knowledge of process improvement and software development methodologies.
• Previous project work using Jira, SFDC, SFDC CPQ or SAP.
