Walsh is currently seeking a Project Superintendent for Heavy Civil division at Fordyce Lake in Northern California.Are you someone that will take ownership for ensuring things are handled right? • Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establishing budgets and controlling costs
• Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risks, and work to mitigate them
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections
• Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
• Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervisionQualifications
• 6+ years of experience
• Basic computer skills are preferredSalary Range: $129,000 - $193,000/Yr.The Walsh Group offers competitive wages and benefits, including:
