Job Description:
Great opportunity for a Compliance Monitoring Officer. The
Compliance Department is responsible for conducting periodic
testing, monitoring and validation for compliance with privacy,
deposit and lending applications. This individual also serves as
resource to business units as well as is responsible for oversight
and development of the Compliance Specialist. Will develop
compliance monitoring strategy, methodology, framework, standards
for conducting compliance monitoring projects as well as reporting
results; develop and maintain a compliance monitoring schedule
based on the Bank?s risk scoring and rating methodology. Ideal
candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree, and two to three years
related experience. CRCM certification required. We are an equal
