Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Shepherd & Sims. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase revenue
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standardsRequirements
  • Previous experience in a food service role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of wine and cocktails, with the ability to make recommendations to guests
