Our client, the largest retailer in the country, is hiring a UX Designer to join their top-level design team. As a UX Designer, your role will involve simplifying intricate workflows and information to create easy-to-use experiences. You'll be responsible for bringing a high level of craft to your work and ensuring the usability of the experiences you create. You'll utilize their Design System, which will help deliver consistent and improved experiences on a larger scale. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to their Design System by introducing new components. Your storytelling abilities will come into play as you effectively present the rationale behind your product designs to your broader cross-functional team.You'll sweep us off our feet if you have---

• Relevant retail or B2B experience
• A strategic mindset and a systems thinking approach
• The ability to see problems from various angles and create well-rounded solutions
• Experience with various design tools and prototyping expertise
