• To provide technical assistance in relation to Astrea products and their use, to internal and external customers, and provide pre & post sales support.
• Addressing responses to Technical Support questions from Customers and Sales team Members.
• Managing the administration of cases in Salesforce.
• Work with internal customers (Salesforce lead, marketing) to develop and improve systems around technical support case management and customer feedback.
• Providing Technical Support and follow up for the sales team in pre and post sales.
• Lead and direct technical presentations and discussions with customers.
• Liaise with R&D to provide technical support to internal & external customers, and the sales team.
• Identifying suitable seminars, conferences, etc., and attending to obtain information to further support Astrea's products and sales team.Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or equivalent.
• Experienced within the Biotechnology/Drug discovery industry.
• Working knowledge of chromatography, protein purification, cell, and gene therapy.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites.
