Decile Group () is transforming venture capital into a force for good in the world. We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025, changing the face of venture capital. We run the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide and operate the Decile Hub fund platform, reducing the barriers of entry for next generation investors to launch and grow meaningful early-stage investment firms.We are hiring a Front-End Designer to help create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have experience with Figma, SaaS products, and responsive design, with knowledge of Rails being a plus.Decile Group provides a fast-paced startup environment, where everyone has the opportunity to help with everything. • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Design UI elements and build reusable code for future use
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Create quality mockups and prototypes using Figma
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal display across various devices
• Write high-quality JavaScript code to bring designs to life
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trendsWhat You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in front-end design and development
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript and responsive design techniques
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and their unique design challenges
  • Knowledge of Rails is a plus
