• Lead user-centered research sessions to articulate customer needs and wants for a personal finance curriculum.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and validate design direction.
• Analyze qualitative studies and quantitative data to generate strategic insights and recommendations for product improvement.
• Recruit, schedule, and lead user-centered research sessions.
• Create, apply, and adapt research techniques.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively.Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a UX researcher
  • Strong passion for personal finance and EdTech
