Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel specializing in AI,
Cyber, and IP.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on legal matters related to AI governance and emerging
regulations
Support the development of a responsible AI program compliant with
relevant laws
Handle various intellectual property issues, including patents and
trademarks
Required Qualifications and Education
At least three years of relevant experience at a leading law firm
or in-house focusing on complex technologies
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one
state bar association
Strong technical skills and interest in emerging technologies,
particularly AI
A STEM undergraduate degree is preferred
Highly motivated and adaptable to evolving roles within the
team
