IOA is seeking an interim Database Administrator for its Philanthropy department. This is a part-time, temporary position with an immediate start.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing lists, coding constituents, and tracking outcomes for print, online, appeals, events, and other campaigns
  • Performing complex queries, exports, and reports, as well as database quality control and cleanup
  • Ensuring all gift and donor data is collected and stored properly
  • Processing all gifts and data and generating timely gift acknowledgements
  • Maintaining standard operating procedures for use of the database and department operations including activities related to prospect management, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship
  • Preparing donor and fundraising reports
  • Maintaining and processing donations, ticket purchases, and event registrations in RE and NXTREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 3 years of experience in database management and administration, query writing, prospect and constituent management
