A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Test & Evaluation Lab Tech

Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Berkeley, MO

As a Test & Evaluation Lab Tech you will:Support activities to plan, conduct and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies
Design systems, materials, components, software, and methodologies to meet customer requirements
Participate in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems
Support the coordination of test requirements and assists in reviewing test methods and capabilities
Facilitate systems integration, fabrication, and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post-test tear-down
Conduct routine tests, analyzes data and documents results
Troubleshoot and recommend resolution of basic laboratory and test-related problems.
Work under general supervision

Required Skills:Associate's degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience
Experience fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses; or any variety of electrical components, and associated equipment

Clearance Required:
Active Secret Clearance

Preferred qualifications (desired skills/experience):Experience installing aircraft modifications to include fabricating and installing aircraft electrical system wiring, connectors, electrical components, or avionics boxes
Experience with aerospace assembly and/or electrical fabrication

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: Between $30 to $33 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
