In this role, you will be responsible for our Growth team to operate efficiently and scale sustainably. This is a high-visibility role that will work closely with growth, sales, finance, and GTM leadership to drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making.We are looking for someone who has excellent operational skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in SaaS MOPs.   • Build and optimize our marketing technology stack to support rapid GTM growth and enable seamless lead management
  • Develop and refine marketing operations processes, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing workflows, and funnel optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, email automation, and performance tracking
  • Maintain clean and organized marketing and sales databases, providing regular analytics and insights to measure campaign ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contributionQualifications
    • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a startup or scaling SaaS company
    • Proven mastery of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Clay, Zapier and other marketing automation tools
    • Ability to analyze marketing performance data, uncover actionable insights, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable outcomes
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Experience with Webflow and basic proficiency with JS/HTMLMiscellaneous:Full-time positionRemote working conditions depending on location.
