Experience in the Semiconductor and/or EDA industry is preferred.What You'll Be Doing:

• Defining the vision for physical verification and signoff solutions that address market challenges and align with the company vision.
• Developing strategies to achieve your product vision within the context of customers, competition, and capability.
• Driving product planning and management with specific actions to implement the product strategy.
• Identifying market trends and performing competitive analysis to drive product requirements. Developing clear and measurable MVPs.
• Managing the product life cycle from ideation, planning, delivery to roadmaps, streamlining value creation.
• Defining the go-to-market plan, developing sales and product collaterals, and creating positioning that enables business growth and fulfills the product strategy.
• Developing and managing relationships with key customers and strategic vendor partners.
• Identifying new market opportunities and developing plans to exploit these new markets. Driving discovery and opportunity qualification.
• Capturing value through data-driven pricing and strategic packaging.The Impact You Will Have:

    • BSEE or MSEE with 10+ years of direct experience in semiconductor design, CAD, or EDA.
    • Technical orientation and understanding of Physical Verification in the digital and custom IC design flows.
    • Proven product management ability with an understanding of business growth and customer adoption.
    • An energetic leader with a decisive style and attentiveness to customer and market trends.
    • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and develop/manage relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
    • Track record of launching, managing, and growing products.
    • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
    • Excellent organizational and program management skills.
