Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Customer Experience
Manager to oversee customer relationship management and lead a team
of customer support supervisors and specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the contact center, managing inbound
and outbound communication
Lead a Customer Care team to ensure exceptional service and meet
performance goals
Resolve complex customer issues and implement changes to enhance
service procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years of progressive customer service experience, preferably in a
contact center
Prior experience managing direct reports in a multi-channel remote
contact center environment
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Experience using NICE CXone and military move experience
preferred
