Overview: - Reporting to the VP of Development, the Senior Director of Individual Giving will strategize and execute plans for membership, major gifts, and legacy giving. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of major donors, overseeing a team of fundraising professionals, and using data to drive donor engagement and retention. The role involves planning donor events, maintaining strong relationships with individual donors, and aligning strategies with organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 5-7 years of nonprofit experience with a strong track record in major gifts, excellent leadership, communication skills, and a strategic, data-driven approach to fundraising. On-site with potential for flexible work, occasional evenings and weekends required. 3 days a week in the office is expected. We seek a diverse applicant pool to foster innovative and inclusive teams. - Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000/year, based on experience.
