Under general direction of the Data Quality Branch Research Data Manager, the Staff Services Manager I leads various campaigns to improve specific public mobility datasets, beginning with transit, in collaboration with various transit agencies and transit technology vendors. The Staff Services Manager I develops a deep understanding of transit technologies and oversees multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that policy goals and the best possible outcomes are achieved. The incumbent develops and learns to develop test harnesses and project acceptance criteria to assist transit agencies and other political subdivisions with various mobility technology campaigns. The incumbent keeps detailed records of the status of each effort, provides feedback on whether project requirements are being met, and shares areas where there are opportunities for improvement. The incumbent develops and learns to develop a product backlog for data campaigns for the duration of each campaign.
