This role has a focus on engineering aspects, where you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of product quality engineers focusing on deep-level system and board failure analysis of customer quality complaints and tracking quality metrics. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure quality alignment and integration of the product. Your strong technical background, quality mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential as you lead NVIDIA Data Center products quality improvement initiatives and programs.What you'll be doing:

• Manage and supervise the data center PQE team focusing on system and board level failure analysis of customer quality complaints, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
• Coordinate with internal and external engineering teams to root cause customer quality issues, ensuring corrective and preventative actions are identified, implemented, and effectiveness verified to address the failures.
• Define test procedures and test coverage on customer return units, continuously optimizing test flow to identify known issues and improve testing output capacity.
• Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams, providing high-level failure analysis status updates, key findings, technical insights, tracking action items, and maintaining organized documentation.
• Monitor and report Quality Metrics.
• Act as the quality representative to internal teams, supporting activities for customer quality and internal quality requirements.What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of overall engineering experience on data center or server system related products.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management or project management.
  • Strong technical background in two or more fields below: data center infrastructure, power electronics, memory devices, semiconductor device design/fabrication/testing, and automated testing.
  • Expert knowledge of failure analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Proficient skills in data analysis and the ability to effectively visualize and present analysis results.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
