DevOps Senior Engineer (On Site) We are seeking an expert DevOps Senior Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Red Hat Openshift and Kubernetes. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. No travel is required. Location: Pleasanton, CA **Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States** Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions.
• Be responsible for the integration and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
• Ensure that architectural solutions meet performance scalability and security requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and maintain user documentation for architecture and design decisions.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on standard methodologies.
• Fix and resolve sophisticated technical issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Supply to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

  • DevOps experience Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 11/15/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $68K - $114K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
