reporting to the Marketing Director of Learning, Growth, and
Development, you will play an instrumental role in empowering our
marketing and communications organization. You will plan,
implement, and evaluate programs to upskill marketers across
product, performance, brand, and creative services. This involves
designing and launching comprehensive curriculum and development
programs focused on key skill areas.You will fuel both career and
business growth by delivering best-in-class capabilities that
delight our customers and drive measurable business outcomes with
unparalleled speed. By championing high-impact and relevant
programs, you will unlock innovation and accelerate our
organization's progress toward achieving its top
priorities.Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of relevant and
high-impact marketing and communications learning and career growth
programs.
- Partner and collaborate with people leaders, executives, and
subject matter experts to identify craft development
opportunities.
- Influence and drive change to integrate and adopt new
learnings, best practices, and tools to fuel our organization's
next level of growth.
- Define, measure, and track the impact of learning, growth, and
development programs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to marketers in the flow of
their work.
- Leverage established business priorities and human-centered
design to deliver relevant learning and growth interventions.
- Stay current on changes in the marketing landscape and
prioritize those that may impact business strategies and
goals.
- Establish mechanisms for continuous feedback and improvement of
development programs.
- Identify and leverage cutting-edge technologies and platforms
to enhance training and development efforts.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Product, Sales) to
ensure marketing strategies align with overall business
objectives.Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing and
communications, with demonstrated thought leadership, subject
matter expertise, and success as a catalyst for learning and
growth. Experience in the fintech or SaaS industries is highly
desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think strategically
and translate business needs into learning and growth opportunities
that drive results.
- Collaborative Leadership: Strong track record of partnering
with people leaders, executives, and subject matter experts to
identify and address developmental needs within an
organization.
- Thought Leadership: Established as a trusted authority on
marketing concepts and demonstrated ability to teach others.
- Change Management: Ability to drive organizational change, with
a focus on integrating and adopting new learnings, best practices,
and tools to fuel growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data to inform
marketing strategies.
